Key Metrics
Total Conversations
Number of unique chat sessions with your bot.
Active Users
Users who recently interacted with your bot.
Messages Sent
Total messages your bot has sent to users.
Response Rate
Percentage of user messages that got bot responses (should be ~100%).
Using Analytics
Track Growth
- Monitor conversations over time
- See if users are finding your bot
- Measure marketing campaign impact
Improve Performance
- Low engagement? Adjust personality
- Many questions unanswered? Add more knowledge
- High drop-off? Simplify responses
Plan Resources
- Peak usage times → When bot is busiest
- Quota planning → Messages per month
- Scaling decisions → When to upgrade
Privacy
We track aggregated metrics only:

We never track:
