Getting Started
Q: Do I need to know how to code?
A: No! Everything is done through simple forms.
Q: How many bots can I create?
A: Depends on your plan. Check your dashboard.
Q: Can I test before going live?
A: Yes! Test in Telegram immediately after publishing.
Character & Personality
Q: Can I change personality after publishing?
A: Yes! Changes take effect immediately, no re-publishing needed.
Q: Can my bot speak multiple languages?
A: Yes! It adapts to the user's language automatically.
Q: What if I want a custom personality trait?
A: Just type it in the dropdown and press Enter!
Knowledge & Training
Q: How long does training take?
A: Usually 1-2 minutes for a single page, 5-10 minutes for 100 pages.
Q: What if my site doesn't have a sitemap?
A: No problem! Enter the specific page URL and we'll index just that page.
Q: Can I add PDFs or documents?
A: Currently only web pages. File upload coming soon!
Q: Why are documents "skipped"?
A: They're already indexed. This prevents duplicates. Delete old version first if content changed.
Publishing
Q: Where do I get a Telegram token?
A: From @BotFather on Telegram. Send /newbot to create one.
Q: Can I change my bot's username?
A: Yes, via @BotFather's /setusername command (not in our platform).
Q: Why can't I upload profile photo here?
A: Telegram API limitation. Must use @BotFather's /setuserpic command.
Troubleshooting
Bot Not Responding
Solutions:
- Check Publish tab shows "Bot Published"
- Click Publish again to reset webhook
- Test with simple message like "hello"
- Verify token is correct
Training Stuck at "Pending"
For Development:
Normal if QSTASH_ENDPOINT_URL not configured.
For Production:
Should process within 1-2 minutes. Refresh page and check again.
"Invalid token" Error
Check:
- Complete token copied (very long string)
- No extra spaces
- From the correct bot in @BotFather
Fix: Get fresh token from @BotFather's /token command
"Over quota" Error
Solutions:
- Delete old documents you don't need
- Upgrade your plan
- Wait for monthly reset
Can't Delete Document
Try:
- Refresh page
- Try again
- Check browser console for errors
Security
Q: Is my token safe?
A: Yes, stored encrypted. Never share it publicly.
Q: Can others see my bot's conversations?
A: No, only aggregated analytics (no message content).
Q: What data do you store?
A: Bot configuration, indexed documents, analytics metrics. No private messages.
Limits & Plans
Q: What counts against my quota?
A: Each indexed page (documents) and each bot response (messages).
Q: What happens if I hit my limit?
A: Documents: Can't train more. Messages: Bot stops responding until next billing cycle.
Q: How do I upgrade?
A: Go to Billing in your account settings.
