Understanding Quotas
Your plan determines three key limits:
Bots
How many Telegram bots you can create and manage.
Documents
How many pages you can index from websites (your bot's knowledge base).
Messages
How many responses your bots can send per month. Resets monthly.

Typical plan structure:
Free / Starter
- 1-2 bots
- 100 documents
- 1,000 messages/month
- Perfect for: Testing, personal projects
Professional
- 5-10 bots
- 1,000 documents
- 10,000 messages/month
- Perfect for: Small businesses, multiple bots
Business
- Unlimited bots
- 10,000+ documents
- 100,000+ messages/month
- Perfect for: Companies, high-volume usage
Checking Your Usage
View current usage in your dashboard:
Location: Account Settings → Billing
You'll see:
- Bots: 2/5 used
- Documents: 127/1,000 used
- Messages: 3,456/10,000 this month
- Days until reset: 12 days
What Counts Against Quotas
Documents Quota
Counts:
- ✅ Each unique page indexed
- ✅ New documents from training
Doesn't count:
- ❌ Duplicate pages (automatically skipped)
- ❌ Failed training jobs
- ❌ Deleted documents (frees up quota)
Messages Quota
Counts:
- ✅ Each response your bot sends
Doesn't count:
- ❌ Messages users send TO your bot
- ❌ System messages
- ❌ Failed responses
Bots Quota
Counts:
- ✅ Active bots (published or not)
Doesn't count:
- ❌ Deleted bots (frees up quota immediately)
Upgrading Your Plan
When to Upgrade
Consider upgrading when:
- You're at 80% of any quota
- You need more bots
- Your bot is popular (high message volume)
- You want to add more knowledge
How to Upgrade
- Go to Account Settings → Billing
- Click Upgrade Plan
- Select new plan
- Enter payment information
- Confirm upgrade
Effect: Immediate! New quotas apply instantly.
Downgrading Your Plan
Before Downgrading
Important: Check your current usage!
If you're using more than the lower plan allows:
- Delete extra bots
- Remove excess documents
- Wait until next billing cycle
How to Downgrade
- Go to Billing settings
- Select lower plan
- Confirm downgrade
Effect: Takes effect at next billing cycle (not immediate).
Billing Cycle
Monthly Plans:
- Charged on the same day each month
- Message quota resets monthly
- Document quota is cumulative (doesn't reset)
Annual Plans:
- Charged once per year
- Usually includes discount vs monthly
- All quotas work the same way
Payment Methods
We accept:
- Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal (selected plans)
- Bank transfer (enterprise plans)
All payments are secure and PCI compliant.
Managing Your Subscription
Update Payment Method
- Billing settings → Payment Method
- Click Update
- Enter new card details
- Save
Cancel Subscription
- Billing settings → Cancel Plan
- Confirm cancellation
- Access continues until end of current period
- Bots stop working after period ends
Your data: Kept for 30 days after cancellation. Download backups first!
Refund Policy
Eligibility:
- Within 14 days of first purchase
- Service issues preventing usage
- Accidental duplicate charges
Not eligible:
- Normal use (messages sent, documents indexed)
- After 14 days
- Downgrades
Contact support for refund requests.
Invoices & Receipts
Access invoices:
- Billing settings → Invoices
- Download PDF for any period
- Email copies available
For accounting:
- Invoices include VAT/tax (if applicable)
- Business details can be added to invoices
- Available in multiple currencies
Common Billing Questions
Q: What happens if I exceed my message quota?
A: Your bots stop responding until next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Q: Can I buy additional documents without upgrading?
A: Not currently. Upgrade to next plan tier for more documents.
Q: Do unused messages roll over?
A: No, message quota resets each month.
Q: Can I pause my subscription?
A: Not currently. Cancel and resubscribe when ready.
Q: What currency is pricing in?
A: USD by default. Other currencies available at checkout.
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Check our Pricing Page for current trial offers.
Enterprise Plans

Enterprise includes:
- Unlimited everything
- Priority support
- Custom integrations
- SLA guarantees

Optimize Document Usage
- Delete outdated knowledge
- Don't add duplicate content
- Focus on essential pages only
Optimize Message Usage
- Set clear bot boundaries (what it can/can't do)
- Reduce unnecessary back-and-forth
- One comprehensive response > multiple short ones
Right-Size Your Plan
- Start small, upgrade as you grow
- Monitor usage trends
- Upgrade before hitting limits (don't lose service)
